This two-room mountain-side apartment is located in the "Athamante" residence in a quiet area: the Pré du Bois district, 900m from the centre. On the ground floor entrance side, the apartment is on the 1st floor balcony side. With a surface area of 35 m², it has three separate sleeping areas that can accommodate 5/6 people with a bedroom, a mountain corner, a living room kitchenette, a bathroom with separate toilets. Its large South East balcony gives you a pleasant view of the Aravis mountain range. The ski bus stop, 100m from the residence, allows you to easily access the village centre or the ski slopes. The leisure centre is just 300m from the residence, with its heated swimming pool open in summer and winter, tennis courts, and tree-top adventure course (summer).
It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the village centre. The road is secure and lit up in the evening.
