Its east-facing balcony offers a view of the village and the Timalets ski slope.
Ideally located, you have access to all village activities, shops, restaurants, cinema. Access to the slopes is via a free ski bus, the stop of which is less than 100 m from the residence, opposite the Tourist Office.
